Opera Beyond Conference cancelled

The Opera Beyond conference on May 25^th-26^th, 2020 has been cancelled due to concerns raised by the global COVID-19 pandemic.

The Regional State Administrative Agencies of Finland have called event organizers statewide to cancel all events of over 500 attendees and strongly recommended cancelling also events smaller than that. The Finnish National Opera and Ballet (FNOB) wants to secure the health and safety of its audiences and staff. The decision affects also FNOB’s other activities, with all performances cancelled for the time being.

The customers who have already purchased their ticket to the conference, will receive a full compensation for their ticket. The Opera Beyond team will contact all customers individually.

The Finnish National Opera and Ballet is looking into possibilities to reschedule the Opera Beyond conference.
